When Charlie Chaplin Started United Artists back in 1919, not many people gave it a chance to survey, now nearly 100 years later, the idea of Independent artists uniting and creating a body to commercially support each other is the idea which is gaining momentum. Mac Chakaveh the festival director will chair a seminar with number of independent film makers from across the world discussing how cross borders cooperation of like minded film makers can open the door to commercially successful projects.
